The bedrooms are tucked away in quieter areas of the home for additional comfort of guests, especially those who may sleep late or nap!

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
The home is in a village in mature Ponderosa forest with lots of natural wildlife due to marshes, streams, and a large water reclamation area in the north village attracting avid birdwatchers. The village is residential but with easy highway access, it is minutes from downtown Flagstaff for everything one may need while visiting.
Guest Access
You can use the entire house and property, including the oversized single garage and two driveways leading from the cul-de-sac. This is a large hillside lot, so that includes the entire hill behind the house as well the awesome gazebo with room for your entire group.

You will need a car for transportation locally- in winter, as in all of Flagstaff, all wheel drive (AWD or 4WD) is recommended to be able to manage better during storms, especially if you plan to ski. There are buses from the base of Snowbowl if you do not have AWD or chains, so it is feasible to get around without AWD but it can slow or delay your travel until plowing or sanding is fully completed. We do have salt and shovels available for guests and have snow removal services.
